Will my rates go up if I file an insurance claim on hail damage?

No, if it’s on a comprehensive insurance claim your rates will not go up. It is considered an act of God. Insurance companies will not hold you liable for the damages. Collision claims, if it is your fault, will increase your rates. Be sure you understand your insurance policy and options thoroughly when you have to file a claim on hail damage or collision. Not all policies are the same and neither are insurance companies. We are more than happy to help you with any mitigation of hail claims.

Do I have to go where my insurance provider tells me to go?

No, it’s your choice where you go for repairs and it’s the law. Always do your homework when trying to decide where to go for repairs. We are not in the business to save the insurance company money. We are in business to help you keep the value of your car high and get you the benefits you deserve from your insurance company. You can go wherever you wish but you should come to us if you want to have a hassle-free experience

Will you work with my insurance company?

Yes, we have an outstanding relationship with all the big insurance companies and small ones. They trust us to take care of you. What if I do not get my car fixed?

A restriction for “Unrepaired Damage” will go into effect on your insurance policy. Any future claims will be denied until your hail damage is repaired, don’t risk it.

How long do I have to get my car fixed?

Many insurance companies suggest that you file your claim within 30 to 60 days after the time of the occurrence. We suggest you contact your insurance company for clarification. Waiting to get your car fixed could cost more for parts and labor at a later date.

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Auto Hail Experts specializes in working with insurance companies. We can help pay your deductible up to $500. If your damage exceeds $3500 or more of paintless dent repair, you may qualify to have your deductible waived. We will provide the highest quality hail repair to your car.

What if I don’t have car rental coverage on my policy?

We may be able to furnish you with a car rental during the repair time, Depending on the extent of damage to your car, you may qualify for us to cover the cost of a car rental. It’s that simple!

Does Auto Hail Experts give a warranty on their repairs?

Yes, all repairs are 100% guaranteed. We back all our work with a lifetime warranty. Plus, any parts that were used in the repair are warranted for twelve months.
